There's a lot going on with BPW this spring! To even futher
encourage visitors to come to our regular meetings, we'll
be giving away a FREE BPW Membership (a $100 value!)
on May 27th.
If you are a non-member, even if you've visited before, you'll
be eligible. Just come to one or more of these meetings -
April 22, May 13 and/or May 27. Each time you come
you'll get your name in the drawing. You don't need to be
present to win on May 27, but it sure would be fun if you
were!
Here are a few of the fun events coming up in BPW...
If you have not heard, our Wichita Falls BPW will be hosting
Region 7 Spring Awards. This event is scheduled for April
19th at First United Methodist Church. Leading up to that
day, on April 18th our club will hold it’s 3rd
Annual Trivia Night to benefit the scholarship fund. This
is always a fun time, so please stay tuned for more information.
Thank you to all who have donated money in the baskets for
Community Services. Cindy Hambright has done a great job coordinating
with the Nike Club and has planned some wonderful projects.
The next one being the annual Garage
Sale benefiting the Christian Women’s Job Corp. Please
help our club by donating items to be sold at the garage sale.
Cindy also needs volunteers to help price and work the day
of the garage sale.
As you know, we are rapidly approaching the end of our fiscal
year. I encourage everyone to consider serving as an officer
or committee chair next year. The experience you gain from
getting involved in this organization is priceless and the
friendships you make will last a lifetime. After all, BPW
is all about women helping women!
